Mark and Sabrina are just wonderful! I have known Mark and his son David for some time and they have been my audiologists for years. I have always experienced exceptional service from them!

I live in Maine 6 months a year and Maryland 6 months a year. My hearing aids were bought in Maryland, While in Maine my hearing aids failed. I spoke to a number of Startek dealers in Maine and found that TrueNorth hearing was the only facility willing to help in spite of the fact my hearing devices were purchased elsewhere, Sabrina and Dave met me on a Wednesday, worked with my Annapolis audiologist, and solved the problem by that Friday. Sarina and Dave were professional and Caring. They truly represent a Customer Oriented role model for small business personnel, Thankyou for your help!!!

I was a walk in. Sabrina responded immediately and said I have one client ahead of you. A few minutes later she asked what I needed. She quickly knew what my hearing aids needed and proceeded to service them. Ms Federico is the epitome of what customer service is all about. She is knowledgeable, a great communicator, friendly and courteous. If you have hearing aids, this is your place.

Iu2019m 72 and in January 23 replaced my Audeo Phonak hearing aids ( 10 years old ) with new Phonak LR 90 . The improvement in quality and performance with the LR 90 was beyond my expectations . Wear the new pair from morning to bedtime . Major improvement in connecting with the world around you !

I have worn hearing aids for at least 10 years and needed a new provider. I searched the internet, read reviews, and called several potential providers. True North was my choice because: my initial office contact was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered my questions before even meeting me. She suggested an appointment for the initial free consultation to determine if True North would be a good fit for me. Mark was wonderful. He answered all the questions we had (my husband came along), was personable and explained my options. We were offered the opportunity to think about it before committing. A wait wasn't necessary, we decided to make my follow up appointment before leaving the office. Why? The personal interest, True North's business practices, and the many positive reviews they've received speak for themselves. Many thanks to S. who answers the phone and makes one feel so welcome.

One of the best experiences Iu2019ve had with healthcare professionals. They took the time to make sure that the hearing aids fit perfectly, and worked as they were supposed to. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I met with them twice over six months, and decided to go with true North. Their price was fine, excellent product, and very good follow up offered. Very good sessions with the audiologist and receptionist as well so very happy with them!

I have worn hearing aids for almost 14 years and Iu2019ve never been so cared for as I have been at Supreme in Portland. They are all so caring and knowledgeable. David answered all my questions even before I asked them and Sabrina at the front desk was so nice and also knowledgeable. Never once did I feel rushed I would definitely recommend Supreme.

I decided to finally address my hearing / tinnitus problems. I did a lot of research online, which lead me to Supreme Hearing Aids (True North Hearing). I couldn't be more happy with my decision. Mark has been amazing and persistant in helping me address a very bad case of tinnitus. My hearing aids are awesome! Sabrina made sure the paperwork and insurance was taken care of and her bubbly personality is always there to greet me and make my day. I highly recommend them!!!
