Dorothy Potts, HIS

Dorothy Potts is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist working at True North Hearing, in Dover, NH. She previously worked in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine for several years before starting a family. Dorothy became interested in working with the hearing impaired while working with non-verbal children on the Autism spectrum. After 14 years of working with children, she decided to start a new career in the hearing industry.

After an extensive self-study program through the International Hearing Society and an on-the-job training program, Dorothy became a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She has been fitting hearing aids since 2008. Through extensive continuing education, she stays up to date on state-of-the-art hearing instruments and technology.

Dorothy enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two granddaughters, reading, and going to the beach.
