April Torreiro, BC-HIS

April Torreiro has been helping patients improve their hearing since 2015, now practicing primarily in our Portsmouth location.

April’s early career experience included working as a CNA and Patient Care technician where she saw firsthand the impacts of hearing loss on quality of life. Upon witnessing how hearing loss decreases total health, she developed a passion for helping individuals suffering from hearing loss.

The presence of hearing loss in April’s own immediate family has given her a special ability to feel compassion for her patients and their suffering.

April is adamant about giving her patients the highest quality of care. She tends to each of their individual needs to help the patient rediscover a rich, vibrant, and fulfilling life through better hearing. April continues her education so that she can give her patients the best care available.

April’s hobbies include volunteering at the local food pantry, volunteering with a local girl’s youth ministry group, hiking, and camping. She also takes joy in supporting local minor league sports teams.
